Review # 1: Wrong Place The map shows Westminster bridge not Tower Bridge. We sold the old "London Bridge" to the USA because they thought it was Tower Bridge. That's now in AZ, USA. Tower bridge is in fact about 1/2 a mile downstream

Royal Horseguards Guoman Hotel

Review # 1: excellant hotel the position of the hotel couldn't have been better.we had a very quick check in at around 12.00 with very good help from concierge service who came up with our luggages in just 2 minutes.room was very spacious with extra desk and large bathroom and very clean and quiet.the aircondition worked perfectly as did everything else in the room.oxford street is just around the corner which made it very easy for us to go shopping crazy, back to hotel to empty our hands and back in seconds to oxford street.i would definately stay again at this hotel.wouldn't even try to look out for another one.read some reviews about this hotel and was disgusted.seems there are people who can never be satisfied with anything out there.sorry for them, their loss.

Review # 1: Veldig bra til grei pris. Sentralt, rent, praktisk, greit, rimelig priset. Leilighetshotell. Kjøkken m/oppvaskmaskin tilsluttet rommet. Bad med god standard. Om en skulle kunne finne ett minus, er det kvaliteten på sengene. Alt i alt et veldig bra valg for et kortere eller lengre opphold i London.

Review # 1: Excellent Stay Beautiful hotel, very comfortable, staff helpful and friendly - would recommend

Review # 2: Pleasurable Stay. I had the opportunity of staying here last weekend. It was simply devine. Helpful staff, clean rooms and very comfortable beds.

Review # 3: Reasonable Stayed at The Intercontinental London park Lane only once with my girlfriend. Booking the room was a challenge as the lady at the front desk did not speak great English ended up spelling everything twice. Went to check in and was waiting a while as The Receptionist could not find my reservation, my Surname had been spelt wrong so I brought this to the receptionists attention. Room was of a high standard, very clean, moder, warm. Couldn't complain. Called to order room serivce, Very friendly gentelman, also got my name wrong, brought this to his attention as it had not been changed by the receptionist. Food was delivered quickly and to a high standard. Room service waiter was very friendly. In the morning ordered breakfast, again my surname had still not been changed by Reception. Breakfast agin was quick and to a high standard. We were in the middle of breakfast and a Room service waiter walked in without knocking to check and refill the minibar without apologising. Breakfast agin was quick and to a high standard. We were in the middle of breakfast and a Room service waiter walked in without knocking to check and refill the minibar without apologising. Went to check out, once again couldn't find my name on the computer, mistake still had not been changed. So told the gentelman my room number. The receptionist produced my bill and I had been charged for Lunch when I had breakfast which was to be included. I told the receptionist that I included Breakfast in my reservation, the receptionist replied "that was Lunch, not breakfast" I explained that it was the morning and I had not had lunch only breakfast. He apologised and removed from my bill. He reprinted my bill, still with the spelling mistake (by this point I had given up telling people) and went home. When I got home I looked over the bill agiain and realised I had been charged for a bottle of wiskey instead of a bottle of water from my minibar, I called and the lady apologised and refunded the wiskey. Overall the hotel is to a high standard and very pleasant to stay in but the staff don't seem to care that much, not great customer service or care put in. The one thing I couldn't believe was while myself and my girlfriend were in the middle of breakfast a room service waiter walks in without knocking or apologising and checks the minibar and mistakingly charges me for wiskey instead of water. Nice hotel but not worth the £300 if you are not going to get the proper service, lots of hotels have nice rooms for much cheaper and the same bad service. Show full review

Review # 1: The Landau Restaurant The food and service here is impeccable and the restaurant is beautiful but it was possibly the most expensive meal we've ever had. There doesn't seem to be a Landau crowd yet, the Landau is still pretty new. It mostly seems to be hotel residents - so there's not much of a vibe - it was quiet. I can't see Kate Moss and the Primrose Hill set living it up here. I imagine it will become more of a Petrus sort of place. Peroxide Russian ladies who lunch and rich old men who know their wine list. But I saw Mischa Barton in a corridor elsewhere in the hotel so who knows.

Review # 2: A good spot + Nicely renovated hotel, excellent location, very attentive staff, amazing afternoon tea. Lovely pool which is very quiet. - Breakfast was lacklustre - tasteless bacon and eggs, toast cold and butter too hard!

Review # 1: Cadogan Hotel - classic but well connected My stay at the Cadogan Hotel made my recent business trip most enjoyable. The staff were welcoming friendly and funny...without being overly familiar. The guestroom was traditional and calm. It felt classically British without fustiness. The bed was very comfortable, great chairs for laptop work. For a hotel with a historic ambiance, today's business travel requirements were very up to date - fast, free WiFi - excellent showerheads and water pressure and a nice turndown service, including bottled water. As an independent traveller, this is an excellent non-chain choice..authentic without being stuck in the past and very reasonable rates for the superior service, accommodation and location.
